Will I need to provide a deposit when I rent a unit from Central Storage? NO. We only require the first months rent at the time of rental. We also prorate, depending on the day of the month the rental begins. We will need a Photo ID, current phone number and address, and you will be required to sign a rental agreement.

Will I need to sign a long term lease?  NO. You will be required to sign a RENTAL AGREEMENT. All units are rented on a month by month basis, and can be vacated at anytime with no obligation, as long as the account is current. However, we do not issue refunds for early evacuation.

Do I need to provide my own lock?  YES. You must provide your own lock and key, and Central Storage does not keep a key to your unit. Always make sure your unit is locked! A Central Storage, LLC  is not responsible for the contents of your unit.

Will you give my information to third-parties?  NO. We will only give your rental information to you and any person you have listed on your account, **IN PERSON AND WITH VALID PHOTO ID. NO EXCEPTIONS! 

What are your payment options? Rent is due on the 1st of the month for every customer. We offer several payment options in addition to paying in-office. We accept phone payments with signed authorization, we have a convenient after-hours drop box at our Florence office, and we accept cash, check, money order, debit card, Visa, MC, AMEX and Discover. We can also set up a recurring monthly payment via Credit/Debit card.

What are your office hours and gate hours?  The Florence office is open Monday - Friday 9AM to 5PM and Saturday 9AM - 1PM. The Muscle Shoals office is open Monday/Wednesday/Friday. Gate hours are 6AM - 9PM at both locations, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
